We'll make an appointment, and discuss your issue. We can determine the extent of the legal services you require, and if we think I'm the right guy for the job.

This usually doesn't take long.

I will carefully consider your situation, and give you a detailed explanation of what my rates will be.

Then, it's your decision. You can decide if you want to hire me, or not!

If not, I'll look forward to serving you in the future! If so, we'll sign a contract. 

Different rates will apply to different legal situations. 

For example: drafting a Will for an individual usually costs a certain flat amount depending on the complexity.  Drafting wills for a couple will cost only a bit more because the assets & parties are oftentimes the same. 

Providing affordable legal services is the reason I wanted to become a lawyer. My goal is to provide reasonable and flexible prices. I want to be your lawyer from now on, and I'll do my best to earn your business. 

I'll try to work with your financial situation to solve your legal problem. 

-Prices vary depending on the services you need. 

-Litigation cases require a retainer to be paid, up-front.

-Some legal services are a flat rate.

-Contingency plus costs available in certain situations.

-Your income and ability to pay are considered.

- In order to avoid any surprises, estimated fees will be discussed, and approved by you, before representation.
